Applied Behavioral Approaches is searching for motivated, enthusiastic individuals who have a desire to help children and their families succeed and learn more about the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As the caseload grows, additional providers are needed for the position of Early Childhood Paraprofessional/ Behavioral Technician (RBT). Behavior Technicians work 1:1 with children (ages 2-5 years) in a highly individualized and supported environment.
This is a great opportunity for college students in related allied healthcare, early childhood, or special education fields to gain valuable experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities as well as for those who have experience working with these individuals in school settings. Paraprofessionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
